Your First Visit

Patient Forms

Upon entering our office, our team will  welcome you as a member of our family.  We will request that you complete our  intake health forms located in the New Patient Center. This paperwork provides us with your health history and information on your body.

Consultation

Next, you will have a consultation with one of the Pinnacle Doctors to discuss your current health status. This initial visit is designed for the doctors to learn more about you, your health, and  expectations to determine how chiropractic care can meet your health goals.

Examination

After your consultation, the doctors at Pinnacle Chiropractic will perform a complete chiropractic examination.  Standard neurological, orthopedic, postural, and physical tests will be performed as. However, nothing  will be done in our office without your consent.

X-Ray Studies

Depending on your specific condition, we may take X-rays as well if clinically necessary. X-rays help us to understand your spine and condition of your nervous system very accurately.  This allows us to develop the most effective treatment plan for you, and alert us of  any serious spinal conditions. Most people are amazed once they see their X-rays up close. In some cases, they can even identify their misalignments and degeneration themselves.

Report of Findings

Once the information is collected  and assessed, your Pinnacle Doctors will give you a detailed report of all findings and answer any questions including:

  1. Do I have subluxation?
  2. How did it happen?
  3. How is it affecting my health?
  4. How can you help me?
  5. How often do I need to come in?
  6. What  will  my treatment  cost?

After reviewing your health history,  goals, and examining your spine and X-rays, the doctors will discuss recommendations and notify you if  your condition  requires care with other providers. The Pinnacle Chiropractic Team will  provide the best possible care and  wellness program for your needs.

Adjustment

At the conclusion of this report of findings appointment if the doctors to confirm subluxation and can accept your case, you can choose to  experience your first adjustment to start to restore the nerve supply back in your body to begin to experience your full health potential!

Wellness Program

If, after the report process, you decide to begin care in our office, the doctor will suggest a  wellness program  to incorporate outside of treatment.  If you are in pain when you first come into our office this may include: ice or heat application instructions, certain activities or positions to avoid, and at home exercises and/or stretches.  If you desire,  our wellness team will work with you also to create healthy habits and routines for your lifestyle.  Every person is unique, therefore everyone requires a  customized wellness plan.  The purpose  of our wellness program is for you  to achieve good spinal alignment, have a  healthy diet, exercise, and maintain a positive mental state.

Reviews By Our Satisfied Patients

  • "Twenty years ago I was involved in a minor car accident which left me with daily low back and tailbone pain. Over the past two decades, I have been taking pain killers almost every day to allow me to do my daily activities. After being under chiropractic care for the past 9 months, I haven't had to take a single pain killer and I am now healthier than I have ever been in my entire life. Thanks to the staff and doctors at Pinnacle Chiropractic, I was able to turn over a new leaf and live my life to the fullest!"
